Common questions

Do I have to be ready to quit completely?

No. You don't need to have it all figured out. Wherever you are right now, we'll start there and build a plan together.

Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?

Yes. When it's right for you, our providers can prescribe MAT as part of your plan, by telehealth too. Your provider will talk through the options with you.

What if I relapse?

Relapse can be part of recovery. It doesn't mean you failed, and our doors stay open. Reach out and we'll adjust your plan together.

Is my treatment confidential?

Yes. Your records are protected under HIPAA, and records related to substance use treatment have extra federal protection under 42 CFR Part 2.

What insurance do you accept?

For telehealth we accept private insurance, Marketplace plans, and self-pay. We don't accept Medicaid for telehealth right now. Have Medicaid? Call us about in-person care.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If you or someone else may have overdosed or is in danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
